Best options trading signals: what to look for
Rather than ranking providers, use this checklist to judge any options signal service, ours included.
Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Alerts are information, not personalised financial advice.
In short
- Judge any options signal service on six criteria, not on price or marketing claims.
- If a service cannot answer one of them, treat that as information.
- We apply the same six criteria to ourselves below.
Six criteria for an options signal service
Ask every service the same questions. If it cannot answer one, treat that as information.
Clear trade details
AskDoes every signal state the instrument, entry, stop-loss and profit targets?
Why it mattersYou know your risk before you act.
A published track record
AskAre all closed signals shown, wins and losses, with the definition of a win and the date range?
Why it mattersA selective record can make any service look good.
Alert delivery
AskDo signals reach you in real time through a mobile app with push notifications, not a daily email?
Why it mattersTimed entries lose value when they arrive late.
Pricing and cancellation
AskIs the price clear, with no long lock-in, and can you cancel when you choose?
Why it mattersTerms you find after paying are a cost.
Signal types you will use
AskDoes it cover the strategies you trade (lottos, swings, stocks) and say which it does not?
Why it mattersA mismatch wastes the subscription.
Honest risk language
AskIs there no promise of guaranteed profit or fixed monthly income?
Why it mattersOptions can lose the full premium.
Marketing claims versus what to verify
Categories of claim you will see from signal services, and the check that matters for each.
| Claim you may see | What to check |
|---|---|
| High win rate | Is it calculated from every closed signal, including losses? Is the method and date range published? |
| Real-time alerts | Is there a push-notification app, or only chat messages and email that are easy to miss? |
| Simple pricing | Is the full price visible before you pay, and how do you cancel? |
| Expert analysis | Does each signal include entry, target and stop-loss so you can size the risk yourself? |
Price alone tells you little about quality.

How InterNative Traders measures up
What we publish
- Every signal is published with entry, stop-loss and targets.
- A track record of 72.5% over 1,259 closed signals since January 2024 (as of October 2026), with 346 losing signals included.
- Push notifications on iOS and Android.
- Options lottos, options swings, stock signals and cash-secured puts.
What we do not cover
- Crypto, day-trading and futures signals are not part of the record.
- No promise of future results: the record is calculated from our own closed signals.
- We do not name or rank other providers.
The record is calculated from our own closed signals. Options can lose the full premium and results vary by entry, sizing and timing. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
Criterion four: what it costs
Frequently asked questions
What makes a good options signal provider?
Look for clear trade details on every signal (entry, stop-loss and targets), a published track record that includes losses, real-time delivery through a mobile app, and a clear price you can cancel. Be cautious of any provider that promises profits.
Are expensive signal services better?
Not necessarily. Price alone tells you little about quality. Judge a service on its published track record, how clearly it explains each trade, and whether you can cancel when you want.
How much does InterNative Traders cost?
The Deluxe plan is $59.99 a month, or $499.99 a year if billed annually. You can cancel to stop future billing.
Can I use multiple signal providers?
Not recommended for beginners. Managing signals from two or three providers creates confusion and overtrading. Learn one approach well first, then consider adding others once you have a consistent process.
